The Borderlands series is known for its focus on loot, as players can get different types of guns with noticeable bonuses. There are many methods for earning weapons and equipment in the game, but Shift codes offer a great way for Borderlands fans to get loot for free. Gearbox releases new codes on a regular basis, sometimes as compensation for bugs in the game or to celebrate the launch of new DLC. The developer has now shared a new Shift code that gives users Golden Keys and Skeleton Keys in various Borderlands games.

The new Shift code shared by Randy Pitchford is as follows: TJRB3-CKZRB-F5JK5-B3BBB-3FZC9. It will give players three Golden Keys in Borderlands 3 and Borderlands 2 in addition to three Skeleton Keys for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. There are a couple of ways to redeem the code, as fans can enter it from the Shift menu of the game or use it on the official Shift website after linking their accounts. The code expires on December 15, 2022, at 10 AM CT, so gamers have around a week to redeem it.
They will then get the keys as in-game mail, which can be used to open special chests inside each game’s hub area. In Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 3, players need to use the Golden Keys to open the Golden Chest in Sanctuary. Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Skeleton Keys work the same way, and Borderlands fans can use them to open the chest in Brighthoof.
Gearbox sometimes shares Shift codes that give out Diamond Keys as well. Diamond Keys in the Borderlands games offer high-end gear that is appropriate for the player’s level, making them much more valuable than the standard Golden Keys.
Borderlands 3 came out in 2019, so it has been some time since a major numbered game in the franchise. Even though Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands was released earlier this year, it’s not a full sequel and builds upon the foundation of Borderlands 3. Despite being a side project to the mainline series, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands ended up being a sales success for Take-Two.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
