The highly-anticipated live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop will be getting a teaser trailer, where fans can finally see the famous trio in action. The show will debut on Netflix this fall and serve as its own canon without interfering with the original anime. The showrunner called it “an expansion to the anime’” as opposed to a remake. Next up on the list of highly anticipated adaptations is the Sandman live-action show, which had a teaser released a little while back. The show looks to bring the world from the books into the homes of many viewers who may not be familiar with the unique world told in its chapters. Expect this one to be a mind-bender considering the plot is very intricate, and with the original creator having creative input on the show, it will hopefully live up to the lore from the books.

The reason is that it offers the closest feeling of immersion for fans of these fictional worlds. Giving fans a glimpse at what the fictional world would look like right in front of their eyes is the goal is of bringing these stories and characters to life.
Many film critics become tired of it, but at the end of the day, it’s for fans. Some may argue that Hollywood is struggling to come up with more unique stories and resorts to using already existing material, while others think the existing material is long overdue for film or TV treatments, like Neil Gaiman’s Sandman.
The Witcher season 2 will premiere on Netflix on December 17, 2021.
