Skybound and Chinese publisher Elex only announced the title last month, with a vague release window of this summer. A flurry of shootings in New York City’s five boroughs over the past weekend involved at least two teenagers and put NYC’s total of shooting victims on the year to at least 942. According to a new poll by the Sienna College Research Institute, Cuomo’s favorability rating has surged in the past month, with a 71 percent favorability rating in March.
