ABC is airing the Rockin’ Eve celebration, with Ryan Seacrest hosting live from Times Square and Ciara, Billy Porter and Roselyn Sanchez reporting live from various states and Puerto Rico. CBS, meanwhile, is airing Nashville’s Big Bash, featuring 50-plus performances from country legends live from Tennessee....
